Your tasks:
- Electrical design of machines, automation systems and customized options
- Selection of electrical components and systems, creation of circuit diagrams with E-CAD: Solidworks Electrical
- Creation of BOM's (SAP/R3), assembly instructions and overall technical documentation
- Consulting and supporting mechanical and software engineering departments during development
- Preparation of supplier inquiries and technical support for purchasing in Europe
- Analysis of customer specifications, feasibility studies, effort estimations and support of quotation process
- Execution of hazard analyses in cooperation with local and global engineering departments
- Ensuring CE conformity and compliance with the relevant standards
- Maintenance of the E-CAD system and the corresponding databases
Your professional:
- Ideally 3+ years of experience, but we are giving also a chance for fresh graduated students
- Successfully completed technical study in electrical or mechatronic engineering or similar with electrical skills of minimum §21
- Knowledge of modern common E-CAD system like Solidworks Electrical, EPLAN, etc.
- Basic understanding of typical electrical structures of machines/automation solutions is desired
- Relevant experience in electrical construction of automation systems is desired
- Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and Low Voltage Directive is desired
- Self-motivated, open minded, problem-solving oriented team player
- Customer affinity and good communication skills
- Spoken and written English language skills (B1 or higher)
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
- Driving license type B
