Your responsibility:
- Serial production support for Blower motors (Brush type, brushless type, DC) - sensors - actuators - power module - electrical harness and electrical heater in cabin HVAC systems application
- Responsibility to achieve Cost, Quality and project timing targets for the defined work packages in series support projects for all our customers
- Project management with suppliers of electrical component in series projects
- Coordination of project milesstones between OEM interface and supplier
- Coordination and controlling of supplier change process
- Quality improvements (Support of quality activities)
- Phase out scenarios (Market availability of components)
- Product Cost Optimization (PCO)
- A/B comparison of change according customer specification
- Preparation of the technical release process in close communication with the electrical expert in Stuttgart (for approval)
- Coordination and controlling of samples and validation process
- Close synergy with the Product Team Leader
Your profile:
- University degree (Engineer) in electromechanical engineering/electrical engineering/ or electronics
- Job experience in Automotive industrialization processes as advantage
- Expertise in electromechanical devices (Mechatronics)
- Customer orientation
- Fluent English , (German would be advantage too)
- Knowledge MS Office, good IT Skills, SAP - advantage
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Inovative thinking
