What will you learn?
The study programme Mechatronic Systems is designed to acquire knowledge and skills that are important for doing independent research and scientific work in Mechatronics with a focus on automotive-, biotechnological-, micro- and nano-mechatronic systems.
Completion of the study part includes compulsory and optional courses extending theoretical knowledge in computational and applied mechanics, automation and control, applied electronics, and information and communication technologies. Courses included in individual curricula are selectedaccording to the topic of the dissertation.
The study part focuses on solving research tasks, bringing new knowledge and innovative problem solving methods and presenting research outcomes in form of technical reports, conference contributions and journal papers.
Graduates are familiar with scientific research methods, and are prepared to cope with the most challenging practical tasks dealing with thedesign and diagnostics of mechatronic systems.
