On the occasion of the Italian National Day Made in Italy, last week saw the ceremonial opening of the exhibition "The Italian Spaceway - Towards IAC 2024 Milano" organized by the Italian Embassy in collaboration with our faculty.
Following introductory remarks from our dean, Italian Ambassador Catherine Fiumiani, and the director of the Slovak Space Office, Michal Brichta, a lecture by Gabriele Minervini from the Institute of Space Astrophysics and Planetology INAF – IAPS and project controller of the ESA ATHENA project ensued.
The event took place in the spirit of deepening cooperation in the field of space between Italy and Slovakia.
