On the occasion of the Summer Universiade Slovakia 2024, held this year at the Slovak University of Technology, we proudly inaugurated an esports streaming studio at our faculty as part of the opening ceremony of the esports category.
The event was attended by our Dean Vladimír Kutiš, Chairman of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region Juraj Droba, EU Delegate for Chips from the Ministry of Education, Science, Research, and Youth Martin Donoval, President of the Slovak Association of Electronic Sports Karol Cagáň, and Michal Jeleň from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of the Slovak University of Technology, acting as the esports coordinator for SAUŠ.
We look forward to the challenges and opportunities this studio will bring in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Slovak Republic, the Ministry of Education, Science, Research, and Youth of the Slovak Republic, and the Slovak University Sports Association.
